Ludum Dare is a game jam (similar to a competition, but with more of a focus on celebrating rather than competing) where participants have 48 hours to make a game based on a theme that’s announced at the beginning. The theme is announced on Friday afternoon, and you have until Sunday afternoon to finish a game.
